Benoni: Australia beat India by 79 runs to win the ICC U-19 World Cup for the fourth time.
Australia defeated India by 79 runs in the final of the Under-19 World Cup played in Benoni. In pursuit of 254 runs by the Kangaroos, the Indian team was bowled out for 174 runs.
From India, Idrash Singh scored 47, Murugan Abhishek 42, Mushir Khan 22 and Narnaman Tiwari 14. Two Indian batsmen were out for zero while five could not even get into double figures.
